Street Meet Food receives, collects and stores any information you enter on the Street Meet Food website (our website), provide through normal use of the Street Meet Food App (the App), or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software and analytical tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

To render services in the App, the Street Meet Food App may collect personally identifiable information such as your email address to identify you. The App also collects your location while the app is in use. Additional personal information with regards to dietary preferences and favorite trucks is also supplied by you to render service.

When you submit a contact form on our website or use the App, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below.

The App collects personal information through data entry fields and profile setup operations. The App also collects location information automatically at moments when it is relevant for service, such as when performing a search for food near you.

Why do we Collect Such Personal Information?

In general, we collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following Purposes:

To provide and operate the Service (i.e., our website and the App);
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance, technical support, and to collect customer feedback;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Data entered on our website may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

The Street Meet Food App stores non-payment related data in online services that ensure privacy and data protection measures have been taken. These measures include using firewalls, encryption at rest, and an additional layer of one-way encryption for passwords or session identifiers to prevent impersonation of you.

All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Data Retention
